Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ReviewVista ("the Service"), operated by Blue Blip Tech LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ReviewVista aggregates publicly available business reviews from Yelp and Google (via third-party data providers) into a dashboard and generates AI-assisted reply suggestions. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of third-party review data.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login, and for all activity under your account. You must connect only businesses you own or are authorized to manage.

3. Trial & billing

New accounts receive a limited free trial. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor (Stripe) and renew until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If a payment fails, access may be suspended after a short grace period.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, scrape or resell data, or use AI-generated content in a deceptive or unlawful manner. You are responsible for any responses you publish.

5. AI content

Reply suggestions are generated by automated models and provided “as is”. Review and edit them before publishing; you are solely responsible for content you post.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On deletion, your companies and stored reviews are permanently removed.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Blip Tech LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
