This Policy explains how Blue Blip Tech LLC ("we") handles information for ReviewVista ("the Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account: name, email, hashed password.
• Companies you add: name, city, state, ZIP, and the Yelp/Google listings you connect.
• Reviews: publicly available reviews retrieved for your connected listings.
• Billing: handled by Stripe; we store only subscription status, not card numbers.
• Technical: logs and request identifiers for security and reliability.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service (pull and display your reviews, generate reply suggestions), authenticate you, process subscriptions, send account/verification emails, and prevent abuse.

3. Third parties

We share data only as needed with: SerpApi (review retrieval), Stripe (payments), MailerSend (transactional email), and an AI provider for generating reply suggestions. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Billing, which permanently removes your companies and stored reviews.

5. Security

Passwords are hashed (argon2), traffic is served over HTTPS, sessions use httponly secure cookies, and requests are CSRF-protected. No method is 100% secure.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us for any request.
